Walter's Mercedes has always gone above and beyond with customer service. Everybody I have ever encountered there is extremely professional. The Riverside facilities are ALWAYS spotless from the entrance to the restrooms, waiting area, and the new car showroom. Watching the maintenance monitor in real-time is fascinating when I no longer want to watch TV or, listen to my headphone music, or read from the neatly stacked magazines on the table.
