Service Call I booked an appointment for a routine service. I was greeted as soon as I arrived, and Alex filled out the paperwork. He said it would take about an hour and directed me to the lounge where I could wait- and have a donut and coffee!! Approximately an hour later he came to me and said the service was complete. He explained the work done and condition of brakes, tires, etc. Completed the paperwork and I was on my way. Overall a professional, fast, and painless experience. More

"Best Service Advisor" I met Alex Ramirez on 2-17-15 when I took my C300 in for a routine car wash and a second tire pressure check in 2 weeks. It turns out I had a nail in I met Alex Ramirez on 2-17-15 when I took my C300 in for a routine car wash and a second tire pressure check in 2 weeks. It turns out I had a nail in my tire and because the car is stocked with run flats, I had to purchase a new tire. Mind you, I've only had the car for 2 1/2 months but Alex took care of me. He had to order the tire because it was not in stock so rather than have me wait, he put me in a loaner car for the day so I wouldn't be inconvenienced. Alex was extremely professional and at the same time, very compassionate to my situation. He assured me there were no worries and he'd call me when my car was ready. Today, I went in for my routine car wash and I decided to purchase the Navigation system for my car and once again, my Service Advisor, Alex Ramirez, came to the rescue. He walked me to the parts department, explained to the gentleman behind the counter what I wanted and told me once my car was ready, he would install it for me. In the meantime, I had mentioned earlier that I was having difficulty installing the Integrated Garage Door Opener and he assured me that I was not the only one and that he would send me tutorial link to preview before trying to install again. Mind you, he also stated if I continued to have any difficulty to please give him a call and he would walk me through the process. I don't know about you, but I don't ever recall any Service Advisor extending that type of courtesy and service during my driving career. I am convinced that Walter's Automotive Group is in the upper echelon of the automotive business of fine cars as is their staff. Thank you Alex, you Rock! I More

Alex is the best service advisor, he knows these cars inside out, With all the bells, whistles and technology I need someone to answer my questions and he is always there with the answers and suggestions. He was also very helpful when I had a problem with one of the tires due a mishap I had with running through a ditch, he was able to help with the Manufacturer and getting it replaced, all because of his knowledge and expertise. It was a brilliant idea to offer the free lifetime car wash, in my busy world, I take this opportunity to speak with my Service Advisor - Alex or any of the other experts; to know how to care for my vehicle and to answer my questions and to have my vehicle handled by people I trust and who care about my car. Excellent Service by Alex Ramirez Took my car in because after I pumped gas in my car, my check engine light turned on, on my GLK350. It was odd, and I was very worried. I am pleased to say that he gave me great news, and it turned out to be I left my gas cap lose which caused my check engine light to turn on. I was not charged, and I was on my way out within an hour and 30 minutes. I will definitely be taking my car back to, Alex for any future services. More
