Although he is not listed in your Sales Department, his name is Justice Craver. To give a little background, I was dealing with another dealership that the salesperson was also new and not knowledgeable at all and didn't care if he found out the answers to my questions and was too busy on his phone to care and following the games of the day. I was there for 5 hours for no reason. The Finance Department treated us as a waste of his time because we were paying cash. So, now you understand why I appreciated the speed of getting this deal done and out the door. Alex Reed was very kind and understood where I was coming from after I explained my experience I had from the day before. Jeff was amazing but I buy several cars. I have purchased 4 cars this year and not once when I have been approved by my bank and the bank validated the check amount and committing to the pay I have purchased 4 cars this year and not once when I have been approved by my bank and the bank validated the check amount and committing to the payment have I had to wait on the physical check to arrive prior to picking up the vehicle. Also they wouldn’t accept the credit card in person for the remained that I had already used prior to placing the 1,000 deposit on the car since it was in my wife’s name but didn’t bother worrying about that when I used to it to place the deposit. Being that I have worked in 8 different dealerships as a Manager I feel this process was not smooth as they have been in the past with other dealers. The car was nice but has 100 plus rock chips on the front bumper and it has been painted on. I even showed Jeff the paint that came off the reflector that was a different color on the front bumper. If I had inspected the vehicle prior to this long process knowing it had paint work I would not have taken the vehicle More
