My salesman, Alex was no less than superb. He was low pressure and extremely knowledgeable. We had seen him several months ago looking for a certified preowned cabriolet. Nothing available at that time as leases in general were not up yet. He said he would not bother us unless something came in. In the beginning of March he had a 2018 E400 cabriolet come in off off lease that he sold new. The vehicle is stunning and appears new in every way. We negotiated a fair price and bought the vehicle. Upon delivery, Robert Lisi was readily available to explain the vehicle features. Our time was limited but Robert again Later followed through with contacting us to address a few areas still needing clarification. Robert was most knowledgeable and explained areas in understandable terms.
