In the end we did trade in the car for a 2019 GLC. We never felt rushed to make our decision. Everyone at the dealership could not have been more helpful during the process. My wife and I both loved working with him in choosing our 2017 GLE 350. He was very informative on what the difference were from my Ml350 2015 and took the time to work with us. He answered all of our questions and did not put pressure on us to make a decision. It was a very good experience buying our car and trading in our car. When we came back to pick up our car we were introduced to Robert Lisi who was going to walk us thru all of the features of our car. He was also a gentleman and was thoroughly knowledgeable on the difference between our 2015 and now 2017 Mercedes. He took his time and showed great patience with our questions. We had a small issue with trying to link my I Phone to Apple Car Play he again showed great patience and did all he could to try and fix the issue. More
