I was dreading buying a car just because of all that one hears about the games that car salesmen play, hard sell tactics, etc. But once again Cityside proved the stereotype wrong. It was an easy and even pleasant experience. Alex patiently put up with my many questions and indecisions, going back and forth among different packages, etc. I genuinely felt no pressure on price or on time. I've had very good experience with Cityside's service dept over the last 15 years. And I can recommend Alex to anyone who like me was not looking forward to the car-buying experience. More
