From that first day, through the end of the process two weeks later (we took our time and shopped around), Alex was consistently genuine and accommodating. He was helpful and knowledgable, and very low pressure—he let the cars speak for themselves, and answered every question we had. The pricing was fair, and though there were a few hiccups during the purchase of the car and shortly after, everything was resolved quickly, fairly, and pleasantly.
