I was very uncomfortable. I don’t know the whole story however the woman in front of me was trying to be sold the same tires she bought last year. When another agent said they could take care of me becaus however the woman in front of me was trying to be sold the same tires she bought last year. When another agent said they could take care of me because I was waiting longer because of the upsell in front of me the agent automatically added a tire rotation on. I had gotten my tires rotated 3 days prior at another location and I did have it taken off however I was never asked if I wanted that service it was just added. My service person came out once the inspection was completed and reviewed with me the items that needed attention. Even then I felt as if I was being unsold a brake job which after asking I was told it would be a few more oil changes before I needed it. When returning with my bill the service person couldn’t even remember where I was sitting and went to the complete other side of the room. The experience left me very disappointed with the dealership. Nothing about personal customer service just up sell and get you out the door. I have been tii hi ink about trading in my vehicle and after this experience I most likely will not buy from DePaula More

My ChevyVolt needed a battery monitor, a part difficult to get because of global supply issues. I waited over 3 months for the car to be fixed.
