My experience at Jim Hudson Lexus was fantastic. This is my second Lexus purchase with them. Alex Wilson was very professional and such a nice guy too. Aiden, who is a new dealer in training explain This is my second Lexus purchase with them. Alex Wilson was very professional and such a nice guy too. Aiden, who is a new dealer in training explained all of our new accessories on our GX550 Luxury. Aiden was great. As we waited for our car to arrive, Alex would send me a timeline showing the progress from our car being built to being ready for pick up. The final process was signing all of the papers, ownership, transferring of tags and being explained of our warranties. That person is Eddie Goley, the best in the business! This part to me is always the worst part of a car purchase, buy this buy that, I can say it was delightful, no pressure at all, just an explanation of all that Lexus offers. We are very happy with our new purchase and we will be back sooner than later for another Lexus. More
