This is my first time purchasing a vehicle at Luther Toyota, and I had a great experience. My salesperson, Alex, was super helpful in resolving an issue I had with my remote start. He was super responsi Toyota, and I had a great experience. My salesperson, Alex, was super helpful in resolving an issue I had with my remote start. He was super responsive, and I felt confident that the issue would be resolved. He helped me coordinate attempting to get the vehicle fixed in my hometown, and when that didn’t work, coordinated the repair back at the dealership. The service team was able to resolve an issue in two hours that another dealership attempted on three different occasions. I would highly recommend the whole team at Luther. More

Nothing that we wanted was available at other dealerships. An impromptu visit to Luther Brookdale Toyota resulted in us finding, with Alex's guidance, the perfect vehicle for us. Alex is genuinel dealerships. An impromptu visit to Luther Brookdale Toyota resulted in us finding, with Alex's guidance, the perfect vehicle for us. Alex is genuinely frendly, very professional, exceedingly helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. Experiences with staff at at other dealerships were disappointing. We were greatly impressed by Alex and Luther Brookdale Toyota! So much so, it is first place we intend to go to when we are ready to replace our other vehicle. Thanks so much for a great experience! Fairly smooth process once the pandemic supply woes started to resolve in late 2022. Some significant delays up until that point on a Rav4 Prime and some communication issues, but an easy transition t started to resolve in late 2022. Was kept well informed even to the hour when the vehicle arrived still factory-wrapped, encouraged to come in while they made final on-site activation and inspection. More
