Very unhappy. Went in for oil change and was told we needed a new tire due to a lump on the tire. I said we bought the road hazard coverage why isn't it covered b Went in for oil change and was told we needed a new tire due to a lump on the tire. I was told it was a manufacturer defect and not covered by the hazard insurance, the dealer new car warranty and also not covered by the manufacturer. So it would cost $378.83 for a new tire. WHAT!!!!!on a 2023 car with 15,700 miles, are you kidding me. Won't be back here or will not buy another Hyundai (we have 3 that we bought from this dealership within the last 3 years). Was told that this happens frequently. Nice that Hyundai knows they put crap tires on new cars and won't cover it. They have lost a loyal customer. More

Alejandra was lovely, and explained all details of required new tire. The new tire cost was steep and after review of bill I found several added fees including "flat tire repair" when in fact it was required new tire. I do understand the disposal fee, taxes, and was amazed that Alejandra met me in entry of service (no appt- light on for tire pressure), but explained process along with really nice tech, received payment, and walked me to car. She alone makes this a 5! Coupon for $50 off next service would have been nice prior to repair and balanced out above feels, and left me feeling way above and beyond and whole experience 5/5. More
