2 1/2 hours for an oil change, wiper blades and tire rotation is much too long a wait after a scheduled appointment. I also don't appreciate being charged about $40 over the estimate. $159 estimate fo rotation is much too long a wait after a scheduled appointment. My service reminder was slso not reset and I can't figure out how to do it myself as the video that explains how to do it does not match what I get on the screen display. More
