Very unprofessional and disorganized. When we place our order for the car, we asked for the upgraded stereo and remote start when the car was ready for pick up, no upgraded stereo. We are When we place our order for the car, we asked for the upgraded stereo and remote start when the car was ready for pick up, no upgraded stereo. We are still waiting on the 3 months later. The talked out out of the remote start and into the app because “it’s better” then never added it to the deal so wasn’t added to our financing. After deal was done we had to pay out of pocket even though we reminded the salesman 3 different times. They add $1000 to the MSRP just because cars are hard to get and they can do whatever they want. Had I not already put down a non refundable deposit I would not have finish my deal with this dealership. This place is a joke! More
