I was there to upgrade my vehicle package to a Santa Fe from a Sonata which had nice safety features back then. After looking at a couple dozen Santa Fe's I lost track of what each had for updated safety f from a Sonata which had nice safety features back then. After looking at a couple dozen Santa Fe's I lost track of what each had for updated safety features. I bought two vehicles that afternoon. What I was sold was a 2021 with 6500 miles which was fine. However I didn't realize was that this near new 2021 had less safety features than my 2018. I didn't discover this until driving home that this 2021 didn't have blind spot detection mirrors . It had the forward collision camera and lane departure camera but not keyless ignition nor rear tailgate release built in release. I had to wait a couple weeks for the second key to be made. I was told to bring it in because the key Was made by an outside vendor on Thursday s. It would only take maybe an hour. However after waiting two hours I saw the vendor outside and asked if he was done culling my key. He told me he couldn't cut it so the service department would have to do the work. Minded you its going on 3 hours about now. My salesperson brought me some warm bottle water as i watched all these employees go to lunch the 3pm ice cream truck break. No one in service department could find my car and my salesperson came out for icecream so I asked him again where and how long would it be before I could get this key made and go back home. Its rush hour time now. He said he don't know what is happening but that was not his department. The service manager was constantly missing or busy with people in his office. I finally walked around the service area a couple times looking for my can but couldn't find it until I got a ride with a golf cart worker to take to the other service area far way from the customer area he was headed in that direction thank you sir. I saw my car parked beside a fence without the key in it so I walked back to speak to my salesperson and one service dispatcher and told both of them wear I founded my car sitting. The service guy called several times to the person cutting my key without any answer. He was trying his best and I thank him. About that time my salesperson ca.e around the front door to the showroom with my vehicle, It's now past 4pm and I get to leave this dealership. Oh by the way I still haven't receive my promotional $25.00 gas card yet for coming to there dealership. I was promised another $25.00 gift gas card for buying two vehicles that day. I've to the dealership 4 different trips coming from Haines City. With gas prices the was they are now I used half that in driving four round trip. I'm okay now but I was super stress behind all this. More
