My sales rep, Charlie Nguyen, was extremely helpful and attentive. He sent me a walk around video of the vehicle I inquired about and answered all my questions within an hour. I had been looking for a Taycan for a couple months and contacted multiple other dealerships about different vehicles and Charlie’s customer service really set him apart and was ultimately a big decision in why I decided to purchase a vehicle at Porsche Riverside. I ended up going with his recommendation and am so happy I did! Thank you again Charlie!! More

The team of Jeremy Bishop and Rob Owen from Porsche Riverside were exemplary with regard to customer service! Exemplary in many professional aspects: Rob’s subject matter expertise of the 718 Boxter, his thoughtful over-the-phone customization of the car suiting my needs, and, perhaps most importantly the “end-to-end” white glove treatment of final walk-through was textbook ‘best of class”. Jeremy Bishop, the dealership’s new car sales manager treated me less like a customer, and more like a member of his own family. How can you top that?! Anyone considering the purchase of a Porsche in California or neighboring Nevada should keep Walters Autogroup’s Porsche Riverside in your “contacts app” tagged as “Best-of-Class,”.
