Very impressed. Normally we buy are cars at RSM Ford but when they didn't have what we were looking for we started looking at other dealerships. Alfredo greeted us with a warm smile. We test drove the car and within the hour we were on our way to buying it. Everything went very smooth. The dealership sales dept. is dishonest! They sell aftermarket non Ford products by claiming they are already installed on the vehicle. You have no choice, you are forced to bu is dishonest! But if you resist, magically, they offer to lower the price. These products cannot be sold on their own merit and only by deceiving the customer and playing games with a huge fluctuation in price. Of course these contracts are not cancellable! More
