Raising the bar On 11May2014 my new Ford Taurus 2014 was demolished in my driveway. Subsequently I telephoned Alfred El-Darazi explaining I would be in need of a rep On 11May2014 my new Ford Taurus 2014 was demolished in my driveway. Subsequently I telephoned Alfred El-Darazi explaining I would be in need of a replacement. I asked that he try to find the same model as the one I purchased in December 2013. Alfred returned my call stating he not only found one but two cars to choose from. He used his own initiative in having the best match brought from another location and cleaned up making it ready for immediate delivery. Upon viewing the new Taurus Limited which was an exact match item for item I was sold! Mr. Tut arranged financing and a new deal was executed right there on the spot. I took delivery of the perfect match as requested Thanks to Alfred and Tut and all at Five Star Ford who prepared such a pleasant new deal. More

Alfred met my father and I out in the lot while we were looking to see what exactly I was wanting. He was quick to grab a set of keys so I could test drive what I picked out. After the test drive we went inside to work out the price then I received a text that I needed to pick up my twin seven year old boys. Once I had them picked up and made it back to the dealership Alfred remembered me and had everything readily available so we could work out the price. During the negotiation and working out the financing Alfred was very helpful in keeping my boys entertained. After we had all that worked out he sent me to Tut Edwards office were we finished up all the paperwork. Tut is very good at what he does. He does a good job at suggesting and not pressuring the many add ons that can run up the price of the vehicle. He was able to get the interest rate that I was comfortable with. I will recommend these guys at Five Star Ford to all my friends and family. More
