He listened to what we were looking for, shared his knowledge and insights (which were GREAT), and was sincere in his mission to help us find the right vehicle to meet our needs and wants. Before we even started looking he made sure to take the time to talk to use about our budget to ensure we didn't waste time looking/getting our hopes up on something that wasn't realistic or practical. Alfred P was just as friendly and helpful during the financing. He took the time to go over any and all questions we had, showed us various options to choose from, and didn't make us feel rushed. Beyond the Alfred's attentiveness and help everyone at the dealership was friendly and accommodating. The entire experience from first pulling into the lot to leaving with our new ride was amazing and we couldn't be more pleased! We had gone to another local Toyota dealership to purchase our Highlander. Working with the sales rep was a horrible experience, as he never took his eyes off his phone while we were sitting in fron purchase our Highlander. Someone I know recommend Alfred to us, and I contacted him the next day. An online sales rep called me at 9:02 the next day to talk with me, and Alfred called shortly after. Within that day Alfred and team at Toyota of Cleveland had located a Highlander that had everything my wife wanted. Once it arrived at the dealership, we met Alfred and he walked us through all the bells and whistles of the car, and even told us if we could not figure out how to work something to FaceTime him or he would meet us and show us how it works. Working with Alfred and the rest of the team from Toyota of Cleveland showed me that we made the right decision to come there, and if I purchase another Toyota it will be from Alfred and Toyota of Cleveland. We truly enjoyed ringing the Customer Service Bell as we left. Thank for the great service from the team. More

Best car buying experience! Alfred Odister made what I dreaded and expected to be a stressful experience a very smooth and easy one. Upon meeting, he was friendly, helpful and patient. I had several questions concerning all types of cars and he was very knowledgeable and answered with explanation. He became promptly in tune with my car desires and needs, leading me to a vehicle that fit me perfectly. ONE THAT I LOVE.. and exceeded my desires and needs! The finance process was so simple and quick. He was right on top of it and to the point. He got me in a GREAT vehicle with an affordable monthly payment.. I was surprised my payment was not more! AND gave me a fair price on my trade.. as my car had been worrying me for the rattle under the hood. The dealership was full of buzz that day.. It was Black Friday... but here are some extras that I did NOT expect. They detailed my new purchase and filled it up with gas. Alfred gave me a my own road side assistance kit to carry in my new ride, I was awarded a $100 Vanilla Gift Card and a wrapped gift of my choice, which happened to be the laptop my daughter had been wanting for Christmas.. Wow.. What a GOD thing! Talk about a one stop shop! I also got hooked up with a great warranty package from Finance Manager Justice Goodner who was also awesome explaining and getting me thru all that paperwork in a zip ! I have to say it was my 2nd stop and I had intended on making more, but there was no reason for that. Alfred Odister and Toyota of Cleveland not only eased my buyer tension but well exceeded my expectations! I am so pleased with my experience and so thrilled with my new ride!
