Yesterday I purchased my dream car. No really- my actual dream car. Alfred has been the one to help me for the last several years with my car purchases so to say I trust and value him is an understatement - dream car. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and is the reason I drove to work today in a dream made to a reality. I will never go through anyone else to buy my vehicles. I’m sure I have the best out there. And I will recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. I also worked with justice. It was the first time I had ever worked with him but he was absolutely fantastic! He had possibly the most important role- finances. He helped us make wise decisions and ensured that we walked away with the right coverage for our vehicle. He was so kind, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. We really liked him and thought that his customer service left no room for flaws. Our experience was 10/10. I have no complaints. I drove up from Atlanta to Toyota of Cleveland to purchase this vehicle, because I could tell this group was going to go above and far beyond standard service! It was well worth the trip and I will do it again when I need another vehicle! Alfred Odister was OUTSTANDING! He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and all around amazing! Highly recommend him! Alfred Polk handled all of the financing paperwork for us. He was extremely informed about the financing process and the different options available to us and our new vehicle. To no surprise, like every associate we interacted with before, Colby was extremely nice, helpful, and knowledgeable about his job. Nathan Walker started everything off in the Internet department. He was immediately responsive and added a more personal touch to our initial communication versus other dealers with just computer-generated responses without a follow-up. He reached out immediately and I instantly knew Toyota of Cleveland was different. Toyota of Cleveland does not settle for standard. Definitely easy to work with people. Would buy from again. Pleasant people who worked with me to get things done in a timely manner.
