Best car buying experience! Alfred Odister made what I dreaded and expected to be a stressful experience a very smooth and easy one. Upon meeting, he was friendly, helpful and patient. I had several que dreaded and expected to be a stressful experience a very smooth and easy one. Upon meeting, he was friendly, helpful and patient. I had several questions concerning all types of cars and he was very knowledgeable and answered with explanation. He became promptly in tune with my car desires and needs, leading me to a vehicle that fit me perfectly. ONE THAT I LOVE.. and exceeded my desires and needs! The finance process was so simple and quick. He was right on top of it and to the point. He got me in a GREAT vehicle with an affordable monthly payment.. I was surprised my payment was not more! AND gave me a fair price on my trade.. as my car had been worrying me for the rattle under the hood. The dealership was full of buzz that day.. It was Black Friday... but here are some extras that I did NOT expect. They detailed my new purchase and filled it up with gas. Alfred gave me a my own road side assistance kit to carry in my new ride, I was awarded a $100 Vanilla Gift Card and a wrapped gift of my choice, which happened to be the laptop my daughter had been wanting for Christmas.. Wow.. What a GOD thing! Talk about a one stop shop! I also got hooked up with a great warranty package from Finance Manager Justice Goodner who was also awesome explaining and getting me thru all that paperwork in a zip ! I have to say it was my 2nd stop and I had intended on making more, but there was no reason for that. Alfred Odister and Toyota of Cleveland not only eased my buyer tension but well exceeded my expectations! I am so pleased with my experience and so thrilled with my new ride! Thank you so much Alfred and Toyota of Cleveland!!! GOD abundantly bless you all! Heather Mills Numbers 6:24-25 More

Yesterday I purchased my dream car. No really- my actual dream car. Alfred has been the one to help me for the last several years with my car purchases so to say I trust and value him is an understatement - dream car. Alfred has been the one to help me for the last several years with my car purchases so to say I trust and value him is an understatement - which isn’t a typical response when talking about car salesmen. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and is the reason I drove to work today in a dream made to a reality. I will never go through anyone else to buy my vehicles. I’m sure I have the best out there. And I will recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. I also worked with justice. It was the first time I had ever worked with him but he was absolutely fantastic! He had possibly the most important role- finances. He helped us make wise decisions and ensured that we walked away with the right coverage for our vehicle. He was so kind, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. We really liked him and thought that his customer service left no room for flaws. Our experience was 10/10. I have no complaints. Everyone with a name tag was smiley and welcoming. I love this place. And I love my people. Thank you again, for helping my dream become reality! You have no idea how much you guys mean to me! More

TOP NOTCH!!! Outstanding transaction from start to finish!!! We have purchased numerous Toyota vehicles for the past 15 years at dealerships all across the country, and this one was by far the fastes finish!!! We have purchased numerous Toyota vehicles for the past 15 years at dealerships all across the country, and this one was by far the fastest, easiest, no hassle transaction we have ever had! I drove up from Atlanta to Toyota of Cleveland to purchase this vehicle, because I could tell this group was going to go above and far beyond standard service! It was well worth the trip and I will do it again when I need another vehicle! Alfred Odister was OUTSTANDING! He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and all around amazing! Highly recommend him! Alfred Polk handled all of the financing paperwork for us. He was extremely informed about the financing process and the different options available to us and our new vehicle. He got us in and out in a timely manner with kindness and professionalism. Finally, we visited the parts department and dealt with Colby Parker. To no surprise, like every associate we interacted with before, Colby was extremely nice, helpful, and knowledgeable about his job. Nathan Walker started everything off in the Internet department. He was immediately responsive and added a more personal touch to our initial communication versus other dealers with just computer-generated responses without a follow-up. He reached out immediately and I instantly knew Toyota of Cleveland was different. Toyota of Cleveland does not settle for standard. They expect nothing less than excellence, and that is what they deliver!! A+ More
