Absolutely unacceptable experience with my 2017 Toyota Camry A/C diagnosis and service. I brought my car to Toyota because the A/C was blowing hot air, especially while idling or parked. I trusted the de Camry A/C diagnosis and service. I brought my car to Toyota because the A/C was blowing hot air, especially while idling or parked. I trusted the dealership to properly diagnose the issue and provide the right repair. Instead, I ended up paying hundreds of dollars and left with more confusion, no real solution, and serious concerns about the quality of the inspection. Here is what happened: • I was charged for A/C diagnostic and refrigerant related service, but the original problem was not fixed. • I was later told the issue was related to the radiator/cooling fan motors and was quoted a very expensive repair. • Toyota’s own diagnostic paperwork indicated the radiator fan motors needed replacement, so based on that I ordered parts. • After that, I had the vehicle checked again elsewhere, and I was told the fan was working and the diagnosis did not match what Toyota had reported. • Even after Toyota serviced the car, the A/C problem continued. • The next day I also experienced coolant boiling/steam issues and noticed concerns around the coolant level/cap, which raised serious safety concerns for me. • I personally observed that when the car was parked with the hood open, the fan behavior did not match what I expected based on the diagnosis I was given. My biggest disappointment is not just the money I spent, but the lack of confidence this experience created. When a customer comes to a Toyota dealership, they expect accurate diagnosis, careful inspection, and professional service. Instead, I left feeling that I paid for a problem that was not properly identified or resolved. I have always expected better from Toyota. This experience was frustrating, time consuming, and very disappointing. I hope management takes this seriously, reviews the service history carefully, and works toward a fair resolution. More

I have been coming to this dealership for the last 16 years and have always had a positive outcome. I have dealt with the service department since 2010 and they always have good craftsmanship and decent years and have always had a positive outcome. Over the years I've purchased three cars from Toyota of Cleveland. Even though they are 45 miles from my home, I keep coming back.
