He was knowledgeable and courteous. He is very good at his job. He found the perfect car for us and walked us through the process of trading in our existing Toyota, where we met Shane DeFoor. Shane was eager to help us and was great to negotiate with. After we came to an agreement, we met Justice Goodner, who assisted us with our financing. Justice was very thorough and professional. He then handed us back to Ian, who was busy getting our new Toyota ready for us.
