Went for a simple oil change and tire rotation. After waiting 1 hour 40 minutes I went to complain. Paperwork was done and sitting. That is the last time I go to this location. Germain Honda has been doing a fine job with our CR-V. Al Bustamante is our service advisor and has been very helpful explaining our service needs. The service at the dealership was excellent. For that I will rate them 5 stars. I was very disappointed with the coupon I used from their website. I thought I was going to get an oil change and For that I will rate them 5 stars. I was very disappointed with the coupon I used from their website. I thought I was going to get an oil change and tire rotation done for $69. Upon a closer look the tire rotation was another $20. I drove 80 miles round trip thinking I was going to get a good deal. I could have gotten my tires rotated for free by my house. I won't make that mistake again. More
