Great experience buying a new truck From start to finish the staff there made me feel very comfortable. There was no upselling or pressure to add things( features) I did not need. Stressful Drove 100 miles one way to see one specific car. Verified that the car was there repeatedly, First thing upon arrival I was told they couldn't find t Drove 100 miles one way to see one specific car. Verified that the car was there repeatedly, First thing upon arrival I was told they couldn't find the car and tried switching us to a new car. Only when I got upset, did the car appear. I was introduced to at least 5 different employees along the way who came and went quickly, I don't recall all the names all very patronizing exchanges. Felt I was being played throughout my time at Elder Ford. More

Irresponsible and abusedealer 3 years to fix a car that was purchase brand new in 2015 and 2016 2017 and 2018 finally fixed the problem and in 3 month broke again.
