Verified that the car was there repeatedly, First thing upon arrival I was told they couldn't find the car and tried switching us to a new car. Only when I got upset, did the car appear. I was introduced to at least 5 different employees along the way who came and went quickly, I don't recall all the names all very patronizing exchanges.
