Window tinting made easy When I purchased the Explorer I also prepaid to have my windows tinted. Elder Ford called and set up the appointment telling me I could wait for the t When I purchased the Explorer I also prepaid to have my windows tinted. Elder Ford called and set up the appointment telling me I could wait for the tinting it they would be happy to give me a ride home or to work. I choose to wait and was surprised at how quickly the work was preformed. While there I was updated on the progress several times. The dealership had refreshments available and a comfortable Wait area. Overall it was a pleasant experience. More

Not very good management Traded in a car, we left $200 sunglasses in there. Called them 10 minutes later to ask them to make sure no one takes them. I go back the next day aft Traded in a car, we left $200 sunglasses in there. Called them 10 minutes later to ask them to make sure no one takes them. I go back the next day after Ali says he has them and apparently they’re now lost. Management promises to contact me but never does. They would always hang up when I tried to call management myself.
