I am absolutely stunned that I made a 0900 appointment and was not able to be seen the same day at the very minimum. Four days later, my vehicle was returned to me just as dirty as it was when it was pick and was not able to be seen the same day at the very minimum. Four days later, my vehicle was returned to me just as dirty as it was when it was picked up. I have never ever had a service this inconsiderate in my entire adult life. Southern Ford should be ashamed that they even took as long as they did for the problem and returning the car in unacceptable, filthy manner. More

No acknowledgement upon my arrival. But, eventually was greeted and told someone will be with me shortly. The wait for the service provided was not bad at all. Upon completion, when I got into my car, there was strong odor of gas. The gas smell has since diminished. Other than that, service was good. More
