I am absolutely stunned that I made a 0900 appointment and was not able to be seen the same day at the very minimum. Four days later, my vehicle was returned to me just as dirty as it was when it was pick and was not able to be seen the same day at the very minimum. Southern Ford should be ashamed that they even took as long as they did for the problem and returning the car in unacceptable, filthy manner. More
