Good Morning Naresh, Looking at your most recent visit; you brought your vehicle in with the concern of a creaking noise occurring when the brakes were being applied. We inspected your vehicle on the lift to ensure your safety and found the Rear Brake Pads to have prematurely worn - that of which is a known issue by Volkswagen as there is a Warranty Extension provided by them (as the manufacturer) to cover the cost of replacement if deemed applicable. We removed and replaced those Rear Brake Pads, road tested the vehicle and verified the noise was no longer present - covered fully under warranty. As a mention; almost all Brake Pads/Rotors nowadays make a high-pitch noise (mainly when condensation, dew, etc is present) when braking due to the heavy use of lamination on the surface of the brake rotors. This is deemed a normal characteristic. I have left you a voicemail as I would be happy to take a second look if an issue is persisting. We are always happy to investigate further or go on a road test with you personally to ensure we are referring to the same concern & covering all ground.
