I was not very pleased with the way customer service was handled. I had an appointment but some how my car got pushed back and was not given the service that I requested. The excuses, and blame that I received was not appreciated. One reason I was given about my car was that rates were different, that's why my car was sent to collision. Lawton kia was not very good at communicating. I was not happy with customer service. More
