New tires Barbara Lavendusky was very professional and courteous. In addition to 4 new tires, I had a claim against my wheel and tire subcontract with AIS (hit Barbara Lavendusky was very professional and courteous. In addition to 4 new tires, I had a claim against my wheel and tire subcontract with AIS (hit a pothole or rock which bent the rear passenger wheel and ruined the tire). AIS initially denied my claim. Barbara went the extra mile to argue my claim with AIS. They ultimately reimbursed me for the wheel and tire. Amanda and Frank were also very supportive and helped me cope with AIS. Tony in Parts also provided me technical support which aided me in dealing with AIS. amazing team i met the district manger at lawton kia at my job. he invited me in to see what they have. as soon as i got there i was greeted and felt like my word i met the district manger at lawton kia at my job. he invited me in to see what they have. as soon as i got there i was greeted and felt like my word was valued. i met 5 people there and i can say each person was so helpful and the biggest sweethearts you will meet. i left with a car i never thought i could afford and a huge smile on my face. i will for sure be recommending lawton kia to anyone and everyone i know searching for a car. more specifically recommending them to brandon, allan, and colton! thank you guys so much for all you did for me, i truly appreciate it!!!
