Barbara helped me with my oil change and gave me a great ideal concerning my tires. I was in the waiting room when Allen Dacci greeted me, I talked and I explained I needed some papers printed for a class during COVID-19. Unlike other dealerships! I was shopping for a car for around 2 weeks before stopping into Lawton Kia. My first visit was about 6:30PM, and I didn't get out of there until a I was shopping for a car for around 2 weeks before stopping into Lawton Kia. My first visit was about 6:30PM, and I didn't get out of there until around 8:30... Because I was having such a great time talking to Allan Dacci and I just felt so comfortable there I didn't realize how late it was. We walked out of the dealership together and ended up talking in the parking lot for about another 15 minutes before finally leaving and it was that special treatment of "person-to-person" as opposed to hungry-for-sales attitude that led my wife and I to come to the decision that we NEEDED to purchase a vehicle from Lawton Kia. The next day we visited, We went over some numbers with Josh Gibson and ended up very happy on the rates/payments on our 2020 Kia Forte LXS. By the time I got my end of the bargain ready, the car was already parked out front with a full tank of gas. I showed up about 6:30PM again, and again left a little later due to having such a good time there. Because of the time I left, they made sure I came back the next day so they could provide the detailing service for me. Not a problem. Mind you, each time I stopped by the dealership, I was greeted by friendly and smiling faces, energetic and happy to see their customers. Even though they had never dealt with me as a customer and they weren't my salesman, even the OTHER employees treated me like a good friend they haven't seen for years. Over all, I cannot recommend Lawton KIA enough for their amazing customer service and willingness to help their customers and build a relationship with them. We felt appreciated, cared for, and we NEVER felt manipulated, lied to, or used. GET YOUR CAR HERE!!! More
