Outstanding service I was in the market for a new car and was planning on visiting a few dealerships in town to check out all of my options. This was unnecessary after my first stop at Lexus! The car spoke for itself with looks, features, and of course how it drove! The staff at Walser Lexus also solidified my decision. My first call on a Tuesday was answered by salesman Vy Vguyen, I sent pictures of my trade and within an hour, with the assistance of the sales manager, Allan Rupp, I had all the information I needed in order to decide that this was the car for our family. The car was prepped on Wednesday and by 1:00pm on Thursday, I was headed back to Illinois. The process was smooth and painless. And they accepted my personal check for the difference including sales tax and fees. This is the 12th vehicle that I have purchased on-line and by comparison, the best experience of all. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. And, no, they did not pay me to say this. But they have my address if they want to send cash... More
