Fantastic, informative experience Jake McClelland was recommended to me by a neighbor who loved her Van Bortle experience. I was not disappointed. I had just spent 4 long hours at anot Jake McClelland was recommended to me by a neighbor who loved her Van Bortle experience. I was not disappointed. I had just spent 4 long hours at another dealership trying to get facts and figures on an Escape. I was exhausted and totally frustrated with the salesperson. After spending an hour with Jake, I had taken a test drive and went home with facts, figures and the pros and cons of leasing vs. buying. We discussed the many options available and Jake helped me sort through them and figure out what was best for me. I returned today and was greeted warmly and professionally. I will pick up my 2016 Escape in a few days. I can't say enough wonderful things about the total Van Bortle experience. I never had such a good time spending money !!!!! Do yourself a favor and visit them....You won't be disappointed......I promise !!!!! More
