It was so easy to find the car I wanted! I just said a few words to Willie of what I was looking in a new car and he immediately took me to see the Jeep Compass Limited edition that my son an I just said a few words to Willie of what I was looking in a new car and he immediately took me to see the Jeep Compass Limited edition that my son and I loved. It really matched our lifestyle as we are very sporty family of two, we love feel comfortable in our car as we love to travel by car. Technology is our thing and this car has everything we were looking for and Willie understood right away what we were talking about it. Of course the process to buy a car is long but, everything went fine and everyone treated us wonderfully. He made easy and to me, it was the most important point as I do not waste time with anything and I know what I want. Thank you so much! We did have a great experience and we love our new car. Before making the purchase, I saw the truck listed on the web and decided to take a look at first hand because my wife and I were about to fly to Phoe Before making the purchase, I saw the truck listed on the web and decided to take a look at first hand because my wife and I were about to fly to Phoenix, AZ to look at a couple of trucks. Once I meet Willie and test drove the truck, it was almost a done deal, but I had to bring the Master of Coin by to look at it the next day. After visiting several dealership lots to see what was available, I visited Whitten's. I had my old RAM truck with me in case I got into a discussion about trade-in. I knew what I was going to say if a salesman approached me: "Sure you can help, I want you to replace my old truck just as it is". I was impressed immediately when the salesman came out with 4 keys for trucks located on the lot that matched my truck almost identically, right down to the color. Needless to say, Whitten's sales team are knowledgeable because they know their products well enough to address my needs. Also, I appreciated their professionalism - they know their job and the sale was closed and the new truck delivered, exceeding my expectations. Great job, Guys, especially you, Willie. More
