After visiting several dealership lots to see what was available, I visited Whitten's. I had my old RAM truck with me in case I got into a discussion about trade-in. I knew what I was going to say if a salesman approached me: "Sure you can help, I want you to replace my old truck just as it is". I was impressed immediately when the salesman came out with 4 keys for trucks located on the lot that matched my truck almost identically, right down to the color. Needless to say, Whitten's sales team are knowledgeable because they know their products well enough to address my needs. Also, I appreciated their professionalism - they know their job and the sale was closed and the new truck delivered, exceeding my expectations. Great job, Guys, especially you, Willie. More
