Communication was terrible no consideration for the customer. The Communication between workers doesn't work at all. Not on the same page. I been there 3 times to pick my vehicle up after I was told it was ready. It wasn't several times. Its been over 2 weeks. This place has wasted so much of my time. More

It was very hard to get in touch with an actual person, seemed like everything was automated. When I did reach someone they didn’t seem to know about my vehicle. I was initially told that my vehicle could seemed like everything was automated. When I did reach someone they didn’t seem to know about my vehicle. I was initially told that my vehicle could be diagnosed the same day I dropped it off and then later that day some one would call me. No one ever called. When I called at the end of the day I was told that they could not look at my vehicle that day because they were short staffed. It would be 3-5 days. I then asked if there was any way we could be put into the system as an emergency since we are not from that area and our car had broken down ( we had it towed there). Our service advisor told me that she would check with the manager and get back to me. I again never received a call so I called again and this time the service advisor got very rude with me. She was annoyed that I was asking for updates and asking if she had spoken to the manager. Stacy-Ann was our service advisor. After the last conversation I decided to have my vehicle towed elsewhere since it seemed my business was not wanted. More

My experience with my service advisor was overall okay. We did run into a few bumps along the way, and there were moments I felt things could have gone smoother. I recently brought my Jeep Cherokee in for servicing and had the pleasure of working with Neyma. From start to finish, she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Neyma was welcoming, professional, and took the time to clearly explain the service details and timeline. She kept me updated throughout the day so I never felt out of the loop, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a business. They'll damage your car, disrespect you and refuse to even try to make things right. They should be shut down. They sold me a car that had business. They'll damage your car, disrespect you and refuse to even try to make things right. They should be shut down. They sold me a car that had a faulty evaporator, said it would be a quick and easy fix. They had my car for 6 weeks and damaged my dashboard in the process of "fixing" it. When they told me it was ready to pick up, the car wasn't even put together properly. The cover on the airbag was broken and hanging off. They attempted to zip tie it back together right in front of me. The steering column wasn't properly tightened down and the shaft was grinding. If we didn't notice it, it could've led to a dangerous situation and a lawsuit. This dealership doesn't care about safety, customers, integrity or anything but screwing people over for money. Avoid them at all cost. Every single person we dealt with there was absolutely horrible. Except the cashiers. More
