I called a few Chevy dealerships near me and was talked to like I was annoying them for calling. With this location, immediately the kind customer service made me feel valued and like they wanted to help. to like I was annoying them for calling. I schedule my appointment with this one even though there were several closer dealerships closer to me because of that. However when I brought my car for the appointment, I was blown away by the honesty and kindness they showed me. As a woman, car shops and dealerships are always trying to pull one over on me, these people along with the specific tech who worked on my car treated me with respect and as an equal, and their honesty has made me recommend me to everyone I can talk to about it. Love the Scranton Chevy! Oh and the gentleman who drove the shuttle service was extremely kind, friendly, and great to talk to! The entire team here is amazing. More
