Allison was always a pleasure to deal with. She was always friendly and accommodating, amd was a pleasure to talk to. She even dropped what she was doing to drive me to pick up my rental car. I purchased a vehicle about a year ago. It was used but in the course of a year I came across a number of issues. To the point I was completely frustrated. This last experience I had changed my outlook on in the course of a year I came across a number of issues. To the point I was completely frustrated. This last experience I had changed my outlook on the dealership but more importantly the service department. The issue was taken care of and the way it was handled was extremely professional. I would recommend this service department to anyone. i truly appreciate what they did for me. More

It took 4 visits to complete an airbag recall. 1st appointment the new airbag hadn't been ordered yet. I thought my car was going to be worked on that day. 2nd appointment the new airbag was installed appointment the new airbag hadn't been ordered yet. I thought my car was going to be worked on that day. 2nd appointment the new airbag was installed but some damage was done to the trim/dashboard. 3rd appointment the new trim was supposed to be installed but it was not because there was some confusion and the new trim didn't match the color of the original or the dashboard. When I picked up my car from that visit the damage to the trim appeared worse to me. I was assured by Rico, one of the managers, that instead of replacing the trim, the damage could be repaired by a vinyl specialist. 4th appointment was to have the trim repaired by the vinyl specialist. I would say he did a so so job and now the trim looks warped and it doesn't look like it fits properly in the airbag opening. The managers and desk clerks are all very nice, but someone lost my paperwork, including the airbag recall notice that I had received in the mail and my receipt given to me when the airbag was replaced, stating the damage that was done to the dashboard and trim. Rico made copies of all the paperwork he had, but he still couldn't locate the missing ones. All in all I would have to say that I am not happy with the service of my car at Scranton Chevrolet. More
