2 weeks ago NEW I gave them a 5 star rating two years ago when I purchased my Gladiator. BUT, in my deal with them I wanted a hard top, which we made an agreement that with my purchase they would get me ago when I purchased my Gladiator. BUT, in my deal with them I wanted a hard top, which we made an agreement that with my purchase they would get me one. At the time they had to order it, okay, I can wait. It's been two years and I still haven't received my hard top or an email, phone call or any update on my top. I have made calls for updates and the last update was, it will be in within a couple months and they would call me when it comes in, that was a year ago. I have yet to get a call or email about my hard top that was purchased with my vehicle. Recently, Allison contacted me about this issue and within a week she had it resolved. We discussed better communication between the parts department and sales representative/managers would have helped and ensure follow-ups happen with the customer. I updated the rating from 2 stars to 5 stars ONLY because she was so helpful and kept me updated daily until my top was at my front door. More

I love this dealership. They went all out to make sure I left with a vehicle. The front receptionist Ashley is a wonderful person. Her delightful attitude is welcoming when coming in the front door.
