Smythe Volvo provided great assistance in helping me to replace my 2012 S60 T5 which had been serviced by Smythe, with a Certified 2021 S60 Momentum T5 AWD that was in excellent condition and with relative replace my 2012 S60 T5 which had been serviced by Smythe, with a Certified 2021 S60 Momentum T5 AWD that was in excellent condition and with relatively low miles. I did discuss with Tom Coward in Service options for extending the life of my 2012, but when comparing the 2021 versus the 2012, I decided to replace the 2012. Tom also assisted in installing the Sensus Navigation system in the 2021. Alon Katende provided friendly, no pressure, and knowledgeable advice on the 2021 S60 and I was very grateful for the generous trade in price that was offered for the 2012, and I paid cash for the 2021. Abood Katib in Finance discussed the extended Volvo warranty (out to 100k) along with other coverages - and I took them all! Alex Piriz was my Delivery Specialist, and he took me on a final tour of the vehicle and installed Apple Play for me. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and I'm very pleased with my new vehicle.
