My 14 years of Sales Experience have taught me to listen more to the customers’ needs and then answer these needs directly. As a product of Dale Carnegie training, winning friends & influencing people is a core concept of my Sales process. Alec thoroughly walked me through all the features of my new vehicle which for me was a lot since I was upgrading from a 2009 model. My wife and I had another great experience with Smythe Volvo and specifically with Alon Katende. Alon made the entire process simple and enjoyable. Zero pressure, made us feel completely at ease, and we got a great deal on our new XC90. Justin McKinney is incredibly knowledgable and has tremendous patience, having spent nearly an hour with us demonstrating all the new features and configuring our car to my wife's liking. Buying a car is usually an unpleasant activity, but Smythe has mastered the art of the customer experience.
