Overwhelmed staff I believe that Elk Grove Toyota does a good job on my car. (It’s a Prius. Nothing ever goes wrong.). But the staff is overwhelmed. Even though I made I believe that Elk Grove Toyota does a good job on my car. (It’s a Prius. Nothing ever goes wrong.). But the staff is overwhelmed. Even though I made an appointment several days in advance, I had to wait in my car for almost a half hour to get served. They never called me to let me know the status of my car. I texted at about 4:20 and then again at 6:20 to find out. No reply. I tried calling the number I was given. It rang unanswered for several minutes. I finally called the showroom and they put me through. Never talked to my assigned advisor. They told me to pick up the car the next day. This was a tuneup. I expected to get it back that afternoon. They should have contacted me earlier. More
