Another service person came to my car and offered me a drink or snack while I was greeted as soon as I arrived and my car prepared for registration. I was told my car would be ready in 90 minutes, and in 75 minutes, I got a text, phone call, and email telling me that my car was ready. More

Fast and Easy I took my new Tacoma in for its 5K service and was very pleased with the service I received. I'm a morning person so I booked at 730am appointment. I I took my new Tacoma in for its 5K service and was very pleased with the service I received. I'm a morning person so I booked at 730am appointment. I was 4th in line so it took about 15-20 minutes for the Service Adviser to get to me. My truck was done in less than a hour, even though I was told 60-90 minutes. The waiting room had coffee and fresh donuts. More
