Purchase of my 2013 Nissan Rogue Overall my experience at Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn was very good. The reason I gave five starts is because of Cole and Deni, the two customer service sales representatives, and Dan Bortolussi, the General Manager, that assisted me in this endeavor. Deni gave me a business card at a Worcester Graduation when I explained to him that I desperately needed a "New to me Vehicle". Although he realized I was not going to be purchasing a brand new high end vehicle, he still treated me with respect and kindness. Unforeseen circumstances caused Deni to be out for a week when I really needed to make a purchase. Enters Cole to save the day and go out of his way to assist me in finding exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price! He stayed in contact with me and answered all of my questions with knowledge and patience. I would recommend either one of these young men to anyone looking to make a purchase at Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn. Dan made me feel like family and insisted that I contact him with any questions I may have. More

They understand my budget constraints work with me I have been going to HC of Auburn for years and the service dept and I have a strong relationship. They understand my budget constraints work with me if an issue is found and we strategize on a best method to fix and find issues on my cars. The mechanic team is thorough and this is why I trust HC only. NO one touches my cats but this establishment! Thank you to all service advisors and managers who have assisted through the years. More
