I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Biggers Mazda in Elgin. Before I even set foot in the dealership, Alyssa was extremely helpful and communicative. She answered all of my questions perfectly, making sure I had all the information I needed before making the trip out. Once I arrived, the outstanding service continued. My product specialist, Miles, was incredibly easy to deal with, and Marco and Peter were also extremely helpful in the process and made us feel great about the whole experience. A special shoutout to Marco, the GM, who went out of his way to say hello, check in on us, and personally help guide us through everything. It’s clear that great customer care starts at the top. On top of the fantastic team, the dealership itself is top-tier. The showroom and facilities were absolutely spotless. As for the vehicle? It was delivered in near-mint condition, looking absolutely beautiful.
