Before I even set foot in the dealership, Alyssa was extremely helpful and communicative. She answered all of my questions perfectly, making sure I had all the information I needed before making the trip out. Once I arrived, the outstanding service continued. My product specialist, Miles, was incredibly easy to deal with, and Marco and Peter were also extremely helpful in the process and made us feel great about the whole experience. A special shoutout to Marco, the GM, who went out of his way to say hello, check in on us, and personally help guide us through everything. It’s clear that great customer care starts at the top. On top of the fantastic team, the dealership itself is top-tier. The showroom and facilities were absolutely spotless. As for the vehicle? I am lucky that Biggers Mazda is located so close to my home. It was the first and only dealership that I visited. I was also lucky that Connor became my salesman. I was interested in two cars that he sho home. It was the first and only dealership that I visited. I was also lucky that Connor became my salesman. I was interested in two cars that he showed me in the store: the CX30 and the CX5. We did test drives of both cars. I liked them both but decided the CX5 was the best choice for me. Connor has excellent communication skills. He answered all of my questions without hésitation and in gréât détail. The CX5 is loaded with gréât features compared to the 16 year old car I was trading in. Because of Connor the buying expérience was magnificent! He pointed out features that I wasn't aware of and explained all of them in gréât détail. I cannot recommend him highly enough. My new CX5 is home now and I'm confident that if I have any more questions, Connor will be happy to schedule a time to review things with me again, and again. I enjoyed working with Connor and Biggers Mazda should be proud of him. I also have to add that Peter Kashuba was a pleasure to work with. We had some fun negotiating the deal!
