Overall everyone was friendly and helpful. My salesperson, Lacy, was very personable and answered all my questions regarding the vehicle I was interested in. She also assisted me in comparing oth salesperson, Lacy, was very personable and answered all my questions regarding the vehicle I was interested in. She also assisted me in comparing other options so I could get the best fit for me. However, I wasn’t happy with the financing portion. I was quoted an interest rate that beat the rate from an outside lender, only to discover that about 1700 dollars was added onto my warranty to make up for the lower rate. This wasn’t made clear to me during the financing session. When I got home and reviewed paperwork, I felt deceived. Hidden cost that wasn’t clearly explained! Although, I do love the vehicle. I had a Nissan Rogue previously, and was very happy as well! More

DW made me feel more than just a consumer. He was interested in only the things that were important to Me. He didn’t waste conversation on trying to get me into cars i couldn’t afford. He didn’t try interested in only the things that were important to Me. He didn’t waste conversation on trying to get me into cars i couldn’t afford. He didn’t try to convince me that if i didn’t make a decision quickly, that i was going to miss out on everything i wanted. He was informative, patient, and joyful to talk to! I would recommend people to ask for him specifically because i’m convinced he’s a people person first! He does NOT force you to make decisions that you’re not entirely comfortable making by using intimidation tactics. His process upon introduction is more, i’d have to say, INTIMATE. He makes you feel welcome, more up close and personal. He relates & interacts with you as if you jusy walked into his home with family present. I didn’t see “Dollar Signs” in his eyes. By the way….. i did get a car! One i can afford, better than what i expected to drive away with initially. He helped to make the transition smooth! Thank you DW…. RoLL TiDE! More
