They took my car in right away and said they would look at it the next day, ok. So i had to rent a hotel room because I was 2 hours from home. Which is ok. The reason I would not recommend this dealer is at it the next day, ok. So i had to rent a hotel room because I was 2 hours from home. Which is ok. The reason I would not recommend this dealer is because they have NO Loaner cars. My car was under full warranty because it was new, and I should have been provided a loaner car. Instead they dropped me off at Enterprise car rental. I had to rent a car at my own expense. I have had 3 BMW and all my warrantied vehicles provided a rental to me. More
