Service advisor Amanda Ruth and the tech that worked on car were great. The tech correctly identified the problem was the battery. However, a BMW Replacement battery with a 2 year warranty was on back orde car were great. The tech correctly identified the problem was the battery. However, a BMW Replacement battery with a 2 year warranty was on back order. Only available was an aftermarket battery for $641.00 with no warranty. Called a friend that once worked for Circle BMW and he burst out laughing. He found us a top rated battery with a 3 year warranty at less than half the price. My son who bought the BMW from you a few years ago told me he wasn’t paying $641 for a battery without a warranty. I called Amanda Ruth and she had the Tech put the car back the way it was when we brought it in. Drove it home and the next day my friend put in the new battery and all the issues we originally brought the car in for were cleared up when he ran the diagnostic. I have no idea how you can justify selling a battery for $641.00 without a warranty. Any reputable battery always comes with a warranty . More
