Great Experience as usual! Kelli was ready for me when I arrived and got right back on the road. I was dropping off my Raptor and picked up my super duty. I have tried to go to the Ford dealership in Pearland and was told to just drop it off and that they would get to it when they could. They didn't care how many vehicles or that it was a business. It is worth the the time to drive to Humble because of the respect for my time. The last question in the survey should be omitted because I will never buy a vehicle from you again! More
