Amanda demonstrated the ultimate professionalism and respectfulness for my most recent experiences with North Penn Mazda. Amanda handled my scenarios with the outcome that every organization needs to re respectfulness for my most recent experiences with North Penn Mazda. Amanda handled my scenarios with the outcome that every organization needs to reflect in customer service. The staff was professional and knowledgeable as well. However after having to return my car for a third time within a few weeks for an additional service, I was frustrated by miscommuncation. It came down too “he said, she said” which in my eyes is never an agreeable middle ground for the facts. I appreciated the customer service and knowledge extended from the Service Dept. It was communication between myself and Mazda reps that took place and reflected us not being on the same page after leaving. This is when Amanda stepped up to the plate to ensure I experienced the outcome I expected. Thank you for offering me the opportunity to explain. GREAT DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE I discovered that my 2023 CX5 with 1,300 miles was leaking oil onto my garage floor. It was too late in the day to call the local dealership to make an appointment, so I de CX5 with 1,300 miles was leaking oil onto my garage floor. It was too late in the day to call the local dealership to make an appointment, so I decided to get up early and arrive at the service department bright & early. I was the first to arrive in the parking lot and pulled into the service department. I DID NOT have an appointment so I was apprehensive on how the Service Advisor would greet me. I started by explaining I needed help due to an oil leak, I don't have an appointment and I need the work done today because I'm scheduled for surgery on Monday. The Service Advisor, Dominic, said no problem we will get you fixed today. The Service Manager, Amanda, was standing nearby and easily heard my discussion. She came over and introduce herself. The SA asked if I was going to wait. I said I could or I would be happy to take their shuttle service. The Manager stepped in and to the SA to make arrangements for a loaner vehicle. The name of the dealership is North Penn Mazda, Colmar, PA. They far exceeded my expectations and provided me with OUTSTANDING service.
