The experience was great, but if I come in and let you know I already have AMAZING financing elsewhere. There should be NO NEED for you to attempt to see if you can provide competitive financing. Then to know I already have AMAZING financing elsewhere. There should be NO NEED for you to attempt to see if you can provide competitive financing. Summary: Emich Kia ignores my messages during the buying process. They never updated any info unless I contacted them. The driver's leather seat was damaged (tear). There was also a side door, bumper damage, and permanent damage to the license plate bracket holder . A salesperson, Amber, told me that she will take care of 5” leather damage but it was a lie. This 2022 car also does not have many basic (but very important) accessories and I only got 1 key. In addition, Even though I purchased a $62K vehicle, it is unwashed and it came with a near empty gas tank. They charged me D&H fee even though they did nothing. I even have to register the vehicle myself. I normally do not write reviews but I want to share my nightmare experience with Emich Kia. This is the worst deal I ever had in my whole life. I regret that I purchased a car from this dealership. In my opinion, you should not buy anything from this dealership even a mug. No dealership should treat customers like this. I purchased a used 2022 Mercedes GLE from this dealership. I did not do much negotiation hoping they might do the smooth transaction if I go easy on them. I WAS WRONG. The OTD price is about $62,000 and I put $45,000 down (72.5% of the full payment) and financed the rest of the payment. I am an out of state buyer. The salesperson who helped me was Amber. Here are my problems: 1) Updating Issues - The Buying process was very horrible. This dealership never contacts you and lets you know what is going on. Even after $45K (Over 70%) down payment, your salesperson or their manager will not let you know the status of your purchase unless you contact them first. I had to contact them multiple times (Text/email/Phone) to get the shipper information. My salesperson contacted me 30 minutes before my vehicle arrived at home. YES. 30 MINUTES!! She never contacted me even though I asked her 2 days earlier to notify me when a transporter picked up the vehicle. I HAD TO contact her to find out that information. If I did not call her, she probably did not tell me until it arrived at home. It is so sad that she gets the commission from this sale by working like this. 2) Contacting Issues - Emich Kia simply does not contact you. It takes 2 hours to 4 days to receive a text message from them. I called 4-7 times but no one answered my phone call. I sent many emails and text messages but only their finance manager replied to me back. This was after I made a $45,000 down payment. 3) CAR DAMAGE - I have a copy of their inspection report and their transporter’s inspection report. No report ever mentioned that there is a leather damage. There was a huge leather damage / tear (about 5 inches) in the driver's seat. Amber lied to me that my local Mercedes dealership will fix this damage for free with a warranty. She also told me that I do not have to make an appointment. However, my local Mercedes dealer has no idea about the free leather repair. I kept 100% of our conversations in the form of email or text messages. Now she does not respond to my calls or text messages. In addition, there were other damages on the side and the rear parts of the vehicle. 4) Weird Charges - Why did they charge me D&H fee? Emich did not clean my vehicle. I have to register my own vehicle. However, they charged me a prep fee without working. 5) Missing Accessories - There was no mention of 1 key in the web ad. I only got 1 key (I just lost $300). In order to add one more key I have to spend about $300. Also, Mercedes special wheel bolts ($100-$150) are missing. You must have them when you replace the tire. 6) Empty Gas Tank - I purchased a $62K vehicle, Emich Kia sent me a vehicle with a near empty gas tank. 7) Missing Temporary License Plate and Documents - Emich Kia never does anything right. Their finance manager told me that he sent 2 temporary license plates but I only received one plate and I did not receive other necessary documents. 8) Unwashed Vehicle - They did not even bother to wash my vehicle. It was very dirty not because of the transportation. They simply did not wash the vehicle. Buyer’s guide paper was still taped on the window. Why did they charge me the vehicle prep fee? They did not do anything. 9) Broken License Plate Bracket - A worn out bolt was stuck on the right side of the license plate bracket holder. They covered it with an Emich Kia paper. As a result, the license plate is dangled on the left side of the bracket because you can only install one side. I cannot take out worn out bolt. They did not even bother to fix it. Now they do not answer my calls and text messages. I am now taking my vehicle to a local body shop to check the body damages. Do not trust scammers. More

I made it very clear at the beginning, that I already had pre-approved financing that I was going to use, that would match anybody else's rate, if better. Manager Mark Mutz, unbenounced to me, arranged financing with a different institution. At closing time, a sheet came up to be signed from this other lender. I did not sign it, reminding them of what I told them originally. Amber told me that Mile Hi Security Coverage automatically came with the purchase of my car. At closing time, it was not even listed on the Invoice or Application. The purchase had to be amended, and as it turned out, was added to the purchase, instead of included with it. Please don't mislead customers, and say that something is included, if it is not Furthermore, when the Customer tells you they already have pre-approved Financing from their own lender, honor it, and don't try to use another, behind the Customer's back, and try to sneak it into closing!! More
