All the employees at Front Royal Ford really set the bar high for the competition. Especially Amber, who was polite, professional, and helpful on the phone. She was able to really listen and help me decide high for the competition. Especially Amber, who was polite, professional, and helpful on the phone. She was able to really listen and help me decide which car was right for me. She was knowledgeable of the more complicated aspects of buying a car, and made sure all my questions were answered. I walked out the door to my new car confident and happy with the experience. 10/10 More

Great experience, I called in the evening and Amber went the extra mile making sure the car was there and would be ready to take out the next day. I ended up taking it out 2 separate times to make sure it w the extra mile making sure the car was there and would be ready to take out the next day. Made a phone call to front Royal Ford and talk to Amber on the phone set up a meeting with her. When arriving at the dealership we found one of the most pleasant sales people we have ever met took care of on the phone set up a meeting with her. When arriving at the dealership we found one of the most pleasant sales people we have ever met took care of all of our needs listen to our concerns and made a great deal on our vehicle.
